The England international has been linked with a move to North London, and according to reports, Arsenal will sign the defender for £50m.
Arsenal initially had a £40m bid rejected by The Seagulls, but they returned with an improved offer of £50m for the center back who is currently on Euro duty with The Three Lions.
According to The Athletic David Ornstein, both clubs are on the verge of agreeing a £50m deal with Brighton wanting to full fee upfront, but Arsenal are willing to £45m with £5m pounds in add one.
Reports suggest personal terms have already been agreed between Arsenal and Ben White reps.
After the departure of experienced defender, David Luiz, Arsenal have been in the market for a right center back to bolster their backline.
