Calhanoglu Leaves AC Milan To Sign For Rivals Inter

Turkish midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu has confirmed that he will be leaving AC Milan to sign for rivals Inter Milan on a free transfer tomorrow.

Calhanoglu will sign a three year deal with the Italian champions worth €5m net per season plus €1m in bonuses which is believed to be slightly higher than what AC Milan offered.

He will sign with the Nerazurri untill June 2024 when his current deal expires next week after refusing to sign a new deal with the Rossoneri.

Calhanoglu will undergo his Inter medical on Tuesday before the deal will be made official.

While speaking with TRT Sport in Turkey earlier today, the 27-year-old confirmed he will be joining the Nerazurri.

He said, "I already agreed a deal with Inter, I will be going to Milan. I will sign the contract tomorrow.
