Spanish paper AS reports that Isak is on the list of petential striker targets for Chelsea as they look to bolster their attacking options before the start of the 2021/2022 campaign.
The 21-year-old, who has been linked with some of Europe's top clubs, has impressed with Sweden at the ongoing Euro 2020.
The Real Sociedad talisman has a £60m release clause in his contract with the Spanish side, and the club revealed he will not be sold for anything less than his release clause. His former club Borussia Dortmund have a buy-back option of £25m, but that agreement was subsequently bought out.
Chelsea's boss Thomas Tuchel has work with the striker before during their time together at Borussia Dortmund and hopes to be reunited with the player at Stamford Bridge.
