Following his departure from Premier League rivals Southampton, former England defender Ryan Bertrand has joined Leicester on a free transfer.
The 31-year-old has agreed to a two-year contract with Brendan Rodgers' Foxes, having won 19 caps for his country between 2012 and 2017, including a trip to Euro 2016.
He told the club's website, "I'm incredibly thrilled to be here; joining Leicester perfectly suited my inner objectives and what I still want to achieve in my career."
Bertrand began his professional career with Chelsea, winning the FA Cup, Champions League, and Europa League.
After leaving Stamford Bridge on loan in 2014, the left-back made 240 appearances for Southampton over seven seasons.
“Over the years, Leicester have developed something incredible, especially since Brendan Rodgers took over. It's an honor to be a member of such an incredible club, and I'm going to give it my all to make the fans proud,” he said.
