Atlético Madrid has reportedly turned down a first-round bid from Manchester United for Kieran Trippier, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Trippier is wanted by the Premier League team to compete with Aaron Wan-Bissaka for the right-back position.
The cost of the England international is estimated to be around €40 million. Trippier won LaLiga with Atlético Madrid and has been a standout for Diego Simeone's team since his arrival from Tottenham.
Currently, the 30-year-old is a member of England's Euro 2020 squad.
