Chelsea are planning to include want-away striker Tammy Abraham in a cash-plus player deal for West Ham and England midfielder Declan Rice.
According to The Athletic, Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia wants to bring former academy player Rice back to the club after an eight-year absence, and she's willing to use Abraham to help bring the price down.
Despite being tied with Timo Werner for the most goals in all competitions last season, Abraham has been declared available for transfer this summer, despite only appearing seven times for The Blues since Thomas Tuchel's took over the helm at Stamford Bridge in January.
Rice joined West Ham from Chelsea's academy when he was 14 years old, and the Hammers now value him at £100 million after making 35 appearances for the club last season and started all seven of England's Euro 2020 matches.
Rice, now 22, has made 145 appearances for the club since making his debut in 2017 and has five goals to his name.
He has a close friendship with Chelsea youngster Mason Mount, with whom he played for the club as a child and now for England. They are frequently seen together in their spare time and are presently on vacation with fellow England colleagues.
